A Neapolitan pizzeria. Very authentic, I have had pizza in Napoli a number of times and can say this was quite similar. The dough and baking was spot on. Mine, in the foreground, had tomato, arugula, mozzarella, fontina, a 3rd cheese I cannot recall, and shrimp. It was spectacular. Paul's pizza, background, had anchovies, capers, red sauce, tomato, black olive, and mozz. I preferred my own, and he preferred his own, so all was perfect!
